Using special tools and machinery, deep hole drilling bores a hole in solid metal. This results in deeper and straighter holes into the metal larger than using standard CNC machines, all while adhering to reliable manufacturing tolerances.
Counterboring: The process of drilling two different hole sizes in a single piece of material allows you to start with the best possible semi-finished product for your application. This is similar to gun drilling (contact us for more information on our gun drilling services).
